We work with individuals using a tailored approach to match your specific needs. We work with families and parents to support young people, and we offer some group programs.

In-person and telehealth appointments

Sessions are offered in person at our peaceful clinic in Euroa and via telehealth (video or phone) for eligible people, ensuring help is accessible to anyone who needs it.

Evidence-based treatments

We are experts in a range of treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused therapy (TF), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DRT), Family Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

Adaptable service options

If travel is difficult, we provide services in flexible ways including at school for some students, and through telehealth via video or phone for eligible clients.

Our team members

Our clinicians are highly trained and hold a Master and/or Doctoral Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology, or have a degree in Social Work and have completed additional training to become mental health accredited social workers. We provide specialist placements and training for provisional psychologists completing a degree.
